Tough-Spots

Diversified Biotech Tough-Spots are chemically inert labels that adhere to most plastics, glass and metals. They can endure sustained humidity and soaking, submersion in boiling water baths, autoclaving, organic solvents, caustic agents, vapor and liquid phase nitrogen storage and other challenges without peeling, degrading or becoming brittle. Choose from two types:

Tough-Spots rolls are temperature resistant from 80°C to -196°C. They are manufactured from PVC.

Tough-Spots laser sheets withstand temperatures from +100°C (moderate oven temperatures) to -196°C. Flexible white or colored labels are manufactured from polyolefin material.

Both types will accept virtually any marking instrument. Just write or print from a laser printer, peel back the label and affix to the top or side of a microtube or cryovial.
