Q: How can I order?
A: In addition to ordering on our website, you can mail, fax, call, or email in an order. To process them, we require that all orders we receive have contact, shipping, billing, and payment information. If we encounter any problems, we'll contact you using the information you provided. Q: Does Daigger offer open credit terms?

Q: Does Daigger participate in GSA pricing?

Q: How are shipping fees calculated?
A: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order. At checkout, simply select one of the calculated shipping options for quick and easy ordering. Shipping options include FedEx Ground (3–5 days), 2-Day, and Next Day.
Q: What are the benefits to registering?
A: The biggest benefit is the ability to order with us on the web. With your new Daigger.com account, you will be able to access your recent order and invoices, reorder easily, and create lists of items you order most often. Click here to see an outline of all the great benefits you will receive!
Q: I forgot my password. Help!
A: You can reset your password by entering your email address in the Lost Your Password section on the Log In page. A new temporary password will be sent to you automatically. You can update to a new password in the My Profile section in My Account.
Shipping options include Federal Express Ground (3 to 5 days), Federal Express 2-Day, and Federal Express Overnight.

Ordering from Daigger by fax means a little more paper, but it's still hassle-free. All you have to do is gather your order information and fax it to us at 1.800.320.7200.

How to Pay
Daigger accepts most major credit cards, including VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and SmartPay cards (phone orders only).
If you'd like to purchase from Daigger using Open Terms or purchase order numbers, please complete and sign a Credit Application (PDF Download) and return it to Daigger via fax (800.320.7200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org). Our Credit Department will evaluate your application and return a credit limit to you within 1 week.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice if you reside in an applicable state. If you are a tax exempt customer we ask that you provide us with your tax ID before your first order. We'll keep this information on file and associate this tax-exempt status with all your orders
to ensure you are not charged taxes.

All returns must be authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Daigger and requested within 30 days of purchase. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Orders that are canceled may be subject to a cancellation fee. For returns not due to Daigger error and/or warranty returns, customer is responsible for all transportation fees related to the returned product. Daigger is not responsible for returns not eligible for refund under our terms (see below). Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of authorization.
Products not authorized for return include:
Products not in completely resalable condition (including products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling or packaging)
- Chemicals, reagents, diagnostics, sterile, or any controlled products
- Laboratory apparatus or instruments that have been used or are without the original packaging, labeling, and operating manuals
- Refrigerated products or other perishables
- Products which are not inventoried by Daigger
- Products purchased on a "special order" basis
- Products not purchased from Daigger
- Products with expired shelf life or an expiration date too short for resale
- Discontinued products
- PPE and other COVID-19 Critical Products
Orders for stocked items can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Cancellation on non-stock items are subject to vendor approval and restocking fees. The following items are non-cancellable:
- Sterile products
- Controlled or Hazmat products
