We know how valuable your time is and we designed our new site with this in mind. Customers provided us feedback on what would make their lab purchasing easier and we listened.

We streamlined the ordering process, improved search, and reorganized our product categories. And then we added many new features for customers who create an account on Daigger.com.

1. It's so easy – Simply click the "register" button at the top and look for the "New Customer" headline. Fill out name, company, email address, click "create account" and you are registered.


2. Track order history – All Daigger orders, whether ordered online or offline, are available to review with details. Advanced search functionality allows you to search by time period, order number, invoice number, PO number, shipping address, product or supplier codes, and order status.


3. Invoice tracking – All invoices associated with your user name are available to review and print. Again, both online and offline activity


4. Order Status – Check current orders to see if items have shipped


5. Reorder with ease – Use "My Frequently Ordered Products" function to easily add these products to your shopping cart. Need to reorder a whole order? Just click on the order number and select the "Order Again" button on the top.


6. My Shopping Carts – Create and store multiple shopping carts for different purposes, identify carts with a title, merge carts, preview before ordering, copy carts, and rename.


7. Manage account – Modify your account profile, add or remove files, manage multiple users and shipping addresses


8. Purchase Lists – Create purchase lists for future or recurring orders. This can be done by clicking "save for list" button next to the item on the product page, entering an item into the list template provided, or upload a list of products from another source. Purchase lists can be downloaded in PDF or Excel formats.


9. Price List – A price list of all products (with special account pricing if applicable) can be downloaded in PDF or Excel formats. Simply select the format and click "send". A price list will be generated in a few hours and an email sent with a link to download the file.


10. Personalized home page – Lists your most recent orders with status, date, and dollar amount.
