Sapphire Bottle Top Dispenser
The Sapphire Bottle Top Dispenser features Dual Valve Technology to solve the biggest problem among users- refilling the bottle and rising the instrument without dismounting from the bottle. Sapphire offers users dilution, rinsing, dual liquid handling, and recirculation in a single unit.
The fully autoclavable unit has a PTFE Piston with ETP O-Ring and a specifically designed, springless PTFE value manifold to ensure very high chemical compatibility. The adjustable nozzle, specially designed 360° rotational adapter and 180° rotational volume adjustment knob allow for full flexibility in working.
Sapphire offers 4 modes of operation:
- Standard Dispensing: the dispenser dispenses the liquid normally into the receiver bottle it is mounted on
- Purging: Liquid is re-circulated into the same bottle on which the dispenser is mounted. This process removes the air from the dispenser without wasting any reagent
- Dilution/Rinsing/Dual Liquid Dispensing: The liquid from a second source can be dispensed into the receiver. The second liquid can be distilled water, allowing the user to rinse the instrument without dismounting from the bottle or for dilution of the reagent in the receiver
- Bottle Refilling: The liquid from a second source can be used to refill the bottle without dismounting the dispenser
