Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

This Labconco Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump provides a reliable vacuum source for a variety of lab applications including freeze dryer systems, concentrators, and glove boxes. The oil-sealed two-stage pump has a mode selector with two positions: high vacuum and high throughput. The gas ballast has three positions: closed, low flow, and high flow.

The pump is driven directly by a single-phase electric motor which is totally enclosed and fan cooled. Should the motor overheat, a thermal overload device switches off the pump. When the pump is switched off or in the event of a power failure, an inlet-valve prevents back streaming of air and oil into the vacuum system.

The pump features a cast-aluminum casing, rubber feet, and a lifting bracket. Each pump includes four 1 L bottles for pump oil and one exhaust filter with oil mist and odor filter elements.
