This durable Reusable Plastic Animal Cage System - 1144B is made of polycarbonate material, has a floor area of 51.92 in², and was designed for mice.

Cage bodies are designed to facilitate animal welfare, meet research requirements, and minimize experimental variables. These Polycarbonate (PC) bodies are transparent plastic with exceptional impact strength and heat resistance. They can be autoclaved at 121°C.

Wire Cage Lids are secure and easy to handle. The autoclavable stainless steel wire cages have cross-wires to prevent bending. Lids include a stopper guard for water bottle sipper tube and a U-shaped hopper for easy access to food. This hopper won’t entrap food or contaminants and includes a central divider to prevent the animal from crawling into the feeder. The hopper divider also folds down for easy storage.

Filter Covers securely fit these plastic animal cages and are sturdy and reusable. Filter covers permit atmospheric gas passage with minimal buildup of temperature and humidity. These covers are constructed of transparent polysulfone with a stainless steel filter retainer.
