Ohaus Explorer Analytical Balances
The Ohaus Explorer Analytical Balances deliver accurate results within seconds. The SmarText™ integrated software system guides users through set up and use with step-by-step text prompts via a two-line, backlit LCD. The advanced AutoCal™ internal calibration system utilizes two internal weights to perform a linear calibration and automatically calibrates the balance when a significant temperature change is detected.
Balances feature a modular design – the display has an angle adjustment and can be mounted on wall or tower separate from the base. Four programmable touch-free sensors – two on the base and two on the display – provide options for input.
The ingenious draft shield provides great flexibility when weighing large or awkwardly-shaped vessels. The frameless, flip-top design provides unobstructed access to the weighing chamber and the expansive side entry (160 mm x 240 mm) accommodates large vessels. Antistatic-coated glass helps dissipate static charge; side doors seamlessly glide on top-mounted bearings. Glass panels are easy to install and the stainless steel bottom is durable and easy to clean.
