Nalgene Plastic Straight-Sided Jars
The Thermo Scientific Nalgene Plastic Straight-Sided Jars with PP Closures have wide mouths for easy access. They are available in your choice of three autoclavable materials:
Clear polymetylpentene jars have excellent resistance to formaldehyde permeation and are recommended for museum jars. They offer good chemical resistance. Jars meet the requirements of CFR 21, Part 177.1520 for food and beverage use.
Translucent polypropylene jars offer excellent chemical resistance.
Window-clear polycarbonate jars have high impact resistance and are excellent for cold room and refrigerated use.
All jars include polypropylene screw closures. Before autoclaving, completely remove cap or set on top of container at an angle.
