Nalgene Plastic Round Bottom Oak Ridge Centrifuge Tubes
Thermo Scientific Nalgene Plastic Round Bottom Oak Ridge Centrifuge Tubes are available in four material types for flexible high-speed centrifugation. All tubes can be autoclaved repeatedly. Teflon® FEP tubes must be spun at refrigerated temperatures. Tube materials include polypropylene copolymer (PPCO), polycarbonate (PC), polysulfone (PSF), and FEP. Caps are ETFE for FEP tubes/bottles and PP for all other tubes.
Tubes are supplied with regular caps that are linerless, non-contaminating, and will not leak during ordinary handling outside a centrifuge. Maximum RCF is 50K.
*FEP must be spun refrigerated—50K @ 4°C, 7K @ 22°C.
