MicrewTubes Screw Cap Plain Test Tubes
These MicrewTubes Screw Cap Plain Test Tubes have a molded-in tether (leash and loop) that allows the cap to remain attached to the body of the tube whether the cap is open or closed. When attached to the screw cap microtube, the tether rotates freely for easy opening and closing. Tethered caps can be easily removed from the tubes if desired.
Natural polypropylene tubes and caps can withstand centrifugation to 17,000 x g, vapor phase liquid nitrogen storage, boiling, and autoclaving. Caps feature an O-ring to guard against leakage.
Gamma-irradiated tubes are sterilized with tether caps attached and screwed onto the tubes. Packaged 50 tubes/caps per bag,
