Labconco Triad Freeze Dryer

Labconco FreeZone Triad Benchtop Freeze Dryers are an all-in-one benchtop lyophilizer and stoppering tray dryer that cools to -85°C to freeze dry low eutectic point samples. This units offers stoppering tray dryer and sample freeze drying with four sample values on the left side. Samples for both types of freeze drying can be run at once. The chamber pre-freezes samples to save money and time, eliminating the need for a separate freezer and product transfer.

The upright stainless-steel collector coil holds 2.5 liters of ice before defrosting. Two 1/3 hp HCFC/CFC-Free refrigeration compressors cool the collector to -85°C, suitable for aqueous or dilute acetonitrile samples. Temperature-controlled shelves range from -55°C to +50°C and a maximum -75°C during pre-freezing. The shelves provide pneumatic stoppering with a diaphragm, eliminating the need for compressed gas.

Lyo-Works™ OS provides a real time display of collector temperature and vacuum levels, shown on a 5” full color, capacitive touch screen. A stoppering tray dryer and four valve ports are built-in.

Required accessories (not included): vacuum pump with a displacement of at least 98 L/min, 0.002 mBar ultimate pressure and fitting for ¾” ID vacuum hose
