Lab Companion Natural and Forced Convection Ovens with Knob-Style Door
These Jeio Tech Lab Companion Natural and Forced Convection Ovens with Knob-Style Door have microprocessor PID control and auto-tune to fine tune temperature control accuracy and response across a narrow range when close to the set point. A recalibration function ensures temperature sensor accuracy for ISO-related environments and GLP. The touch-sensitive membrane keypad with LED display holds three temperature values in memory.
Natural Convection Ovens feature gravity flow convection with vertical airflow for sterilization and drying. They are ideal for all sterilization, drying, and high-temperature storage tasks that require gentle airflow without special time requirements.
Forced Convection Ovens include a fan ensures better uniformity and high drying performance. They are specially designed for large volume (maximum 760 L) and fast drying applications. Offering rapid heating performance as well as uniform temperature distribution, these heavy-duty ovens are ideal for obtaining quick test results.
Both oven types include a fully-insulated dual-wall door with 180 degree hinges and a pull-down handle. Corrosion-resistant, incoloy sheath heating elements are protected from spillage and overheating. Rounded inner chamber corners facilitate optimal airflow and make cleaning easy. Units include RS-232 interface.
