These Kimble Chase Kimax High Strength Glass Centrifuge Tubes come in 15 mL and 30 mL sizes. They are reusable and are manufactured from Type 1, Class B borosilicate glass. They have been chemically strengthened to achieve a greater mechanical strength than standard borosilicate centrifuge tubes.

The tubes can be centrifuged up to 13,100 RCF when used with an accessory rubber adapter sleeve in a 50 mL rotor cavity. Excluding caps, the tubes can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. The screw cap tubes are supplied with a EF4815R cap with PTFE-faced rubber liner. 

50mL reusable threaded centrifuge tubes have a heavy wall to withstand higher centrifuge speeds. They are useful for clinical work and in many microbiological applications. The marking spot is sandblasted. Supplied with autoclavable caps having cemented-in rubber liners. The cap is not attached.
