Heraeus Megafuge 16/16R and 40/40R and Heraeus Multifuge X1/X1R and X3/X3R
Thermo Scientific Heraeus Megafuge 16/16R and 40/40R and the Heraeus Multifuge X1/X1R and X3/X3R feature the latest technology to make centrifugal processing fast and easy. Choose standard or refrigerated with a temperature range of -10 to 40°C.
All units include the innovative Auto-Lock rotor system for push-button installation and exchange of rotors between applications. Additionally, the ClickSeal bucket sealing system ensures a secure fit within rotors. Polyetherimide sealing covers add additional security. Units can be opened with just one finger – just press and the motorized lid opens and closes.
It’s easy to adjust speed, time and temperature, even in the middle of a run. The timer can be set for up to 9h, 99min, or continuous run. Dedicated program keys provide storage for frequently used programs. A highly visible, backlit display and multilingual instructions facilitate data retrieval. All models feature SmartSpin technology for optimized acceleration, braking and residual load imbalance for each rotor or bucket. Fiberlite carbon fiber rotors are robust and corrosion-free – order separately.
