Eppendorf LoBind Microcentrifuge Tubes

The new Eppendorf LoBind Microcentrifuge Tubes improve recovery by reducing sample-to-tube binding without the use of any coatings or additives. A combination of specially developed technology and the purest, select polypropylene ensures nearly 100% recovery of DNA/RNA and minimal protein loss (<3%, BSA 1 microgram per mL). All LoBind tubes are Eppendorf-certified PCR clean, free of DNA, DNase, RNase, and ATP. Tubes are packaged in bags of 50 to help further reduce contamination.

Tubes feature a hinged Safe-Lock lid to prevent accidental lid openingduring incubation. There is precise lid sealing for the lowestevaporation rates during long-term storage. The tubes are rated up to18,000 x g centrifugation speed for molecular biology applications.

Protein LoBind tubes are specifically designed for use in proteomics or other fields of protein research where protein concentrations tend to be very small and sample recovery is vital for assay results. Eppendorf DNA LoBind tubes are ideal for sample preparation or long-term storage of nucleic acids in forensic, microarrays, next generation sequencing applications.

LoBind material guarantees maximum sample recovery for improved assay results. They are free of surface coating to eliminate the risk of sample interference. They are also certified free of DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors (PCR clean).
