Economy Gravity and Mechanical Convection Ovens
These Quincy Lab Economy Gravity and Mechanical Convection Ovens feature analog controls and either a bimetallic or hydraulic thermostat. They are energy-efficient sheathed heating elements, engineered for quick rise and recovery times.
Temperatures can be controlled and maintained to 220°C. They include two adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves. Mechanical Convection models have a door mounted dual-range dial thermometer. They include three-wire grounded cord and plug for 120 V, 50/60 Hz operation.
