EasyDip Slide Staining System

The Simport EasyDip Slide Staining System features two components: a square staining jar and 12-position vertical slide rack (sold separately). Jars can be loosely joined to each other laterally to ensure they are kept in the same order when moved around on the lab counter. As an extra benefit, they are available in five different colors to help identify contents or applications. Kit SMPM900-12AS has five (5) square staining jars and a 12-position vertical slide rack.

The staining jar is made of unbreakable and resistant acetal plastic. It will not break like most glass jars, and resists attacks by most staining agents including alcohol and xylene (but not phenol, iodine, or ferric chloride). The wide stable base offers greater stability while the inside is recessed, allowing for a smaller reagent volume of only 80 mL. Ideal for microwave oven procedures, special stains, frozen sections, and special processes. Length: 64mm (2 ½”), Height: 92mm (3 5/8”), Width: 76mm (3”)
