KIMBLE® GLS 80® Wide Mouth Media Bottles are extremely versatile: ideal for pouring, filling, mixing, preparing, storing, transporting, dispatching, taking samples in the field and hot filling, whether in the laboratory or in production. The wide mouth design facilitates easy and safe charging and removal of powders, pastes, granules, and liquids. Spoons, spatulas, ad tweezers can be manipulated with ease. Even large-volume funnels can be inserted into the bottles without any difficulty. The wide neck also makes cleaning the bottles particularly easy.

Durable, fired on ceramic ink graduations and marking patch withstand the rigors of daily laboratory, bioprocess, and production use. KIMAX® 33 expansion borosilicate glass is low extractable, USP Type I, your assurance or purity, with a full temperature and chemical resistance range. Complete with blue quick-release linerless polypropylene closure and our ring that are rated up to 140°C. The exterior tint on amber bottles provides UV light protection in the 300 nm – 500 nm wavelength range. Autoclavable KimCote® coating provides safety and reduces hazards of scratching, leaking, and shattering.
