Daigger Terrific Broth, Modified, Powder
Daigger Scientific Terrific Broth, Modified, Powder is enriched media for maintenance and propagation of E.coli and plasmid growth. Dissolve 47.6g in 1L distilled water. Add 4mL of glycerol to the mixture. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.
Soluble in water. Store at room temperature.
