Daigger Scientific Luria Broth 1L Buffered Capsules (Miller’s LB Broth) are super convenient and eliminate messy weighing while maintaining consistent and accurate measurements!
Supplied in pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules; prebuffered media eliminates the need for pH adjustments. Simply add 1 capsule per liter of water, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes at 121°C. Capsules contain all necessary ingredients for maintenance and propagation of E. coli.
