Costar 96-Well EIA/RIA Polystyrene Plates
Corning® Costar 96-Well EIA/RIA Polystyrene Plates have an Easy Wash™ design with round to narrowed flat well bottoms for improved washing in immunoassays. They have a high binding surface for medium (>10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions. They are tested on lot-to-lot basis and the certification results for each lot are made available upon request by contacting the local Corning Life Sciences office.
Manufactured from a special medical-grade polystyrene for uniform binding, high optical clarity, and low background absorption. Model 24883T and Easy-Wash™ plates have rounded corners, flat bottoms, and Certified Surface Chemistry. Binding capacity of approximately 500ng of mouse IgG/cm². Recommended working volume of up to 75 to 200µL.
Conform to standard microplate footprint and dimensions.
