Compact Ultrasonic Cleaners

Branson Compact Ultrasonic Cleaners are useful for cleaning a variety of items, including small electrical/electronic components, metal & plastic machined parts, and recorder & drafting pens. The cleaner can even microscopically clean delicate items such as contact lenses and other optical components. With a plug-in-anywhere operation, the Model B200 contains a stainless steel tank that is enclosed inside an impact-resistant plastic housing. The tank has a 15-ounce capacity.

The cleaner uses an ultrasonic energy in the form of sound waves (40 kHz) to create a multitude of tiny microscopic vacuum cavities within a solution that, when collapsed, release high frequency energy that effectively cleans the part and loosens dirt. This cavitation process occurs thousands of times per second to gently clean and wipe away dirt and contaminates regardless of the surfaces the solution is touching. 

When you lift your parts out of the cleaner, they are microscopically clean.  To run the machine, all you need to do is add the Branson Liquid Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution (a biodegradable phosphate-free alkaline cleaner), wait until the five-minute automatic timer sounds, and gently rinse the cleaned part.
