Labconco Basic Fume Hoods 47" and 70" are one of the best in the market, offering an array of selections for basic chemistry applications where safe ventilation is a must, including light-duty enclosure for nuisance vapors, hood systems for toxic fume ventilation, or a more specialized ventilation system.
All basic laboratory hoods are constructed of epoxy-coated steel, and are sensible for all areas of work—laboratories with low ceilings or narrow aisles.
They have smaller dimensions that are economical with a shorter height and depth than traditional hoods, so they fit in areas with low ceilings or narrow aisles.
Continuously checks and displays face velocity of laboratory hoods and sends audible/visual alarm to alert user if airflows fall below preset levels. Includes switch to easily mute.
