Axygen PCR Strip & Individual Tubes
Corning Axygen PCR Strip & Individual Tubes are ideal for standard and real-time PCR applications. These strip & individual tubes feature thin walls for precise thermal transfer and tight-fitting caps for leakproof seal. Choose from a variety of configurations and cap styles:
Strip tubes with attached caps features precisely aligned caps that prevent evaporation and allow for easy opening and closing. They are designed to fit a wide variety of thermal cyclers. Strong plastic connections between the tubes prevent separation and numbered caps allow for easy identification. Available with domed or flat caps.
Strip tubes with unattached caps are designed to fit a wide a variety of thermal cyclers. Even insertion cap ensures a tight fit to prevent evaporation. Choose between 0.1 mL or 0.2 mL capacity and domed, frosted, or flat clear caps for qPCR.
Real-Time optimized strip tubes with unattached clear caps are designed for low sample volume reactions and are idea for 0.1mL thermal cyclers. The low-profile design has less dead air volume, which reduces reaction times and evaporation. Recommended volume ranges of 5µL to 125µL and they’re available in white or clear.
Individual tubes are designed to fit standard 96-well blocks. The even insertion cap ensures a tight fit to prevent evaporation and they’re available without a cap or with flat or domed individual caps.
