Analytical Mill A11

This IKA Analytical Mill A11 is designed to carry out impact grinding of hard, brittle, or non-elastic samples with an AISI 420 stainless steel beater in a high grade AISI 316L stainless steel grinding chamber. Rugged polycarbonate construction protects against chemicals and makes clean-up quick and easy. Integral blade grinds samples up to 6 mohs in hardness.

The mill features an indicator light and safety switch to protect against overheating and incorrect closure. The motor is rated for 300 W and 28,000 rpm. A compact footprint makes it easy-to-store.

Each mill includes a 100 mL Makrolon grinding chamber. Order optional 250 mL grinding chamber, and replacement blade separately below.

This mill is not intended for use with liquids or wet samples, as they may destroy or damage the motor.
