Justrite Economy Acid Cabinets are designed for storing highly aggressive liquids. Examples include: phenol, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid. The cabinets feature polyethylene construction and sealed sump. Vapor control is provided by a 3-point door latch on the undercover.
The feet can be leveled on all four corners to prevent spillage. A lipped edge provides a water-tight work surface. Cleanup is easy thanks to the smooth inner surface. The inside is fully welded. Door handles, etc. are made from polyethylene. There are no metal parts to corrode.
Corrosives should always be sealed in proper containers and humidity should be maintained at a low level. Reflective Haz-Alert™ warning labels exist in three languages. Doors include padlock hasps for security purposes. The floor and shelves are sloped slightly to the back to prevent spills.
