Multi Vortex-Genie Large Capacity Vortex Mixers

These Multi Vortex-Genie Large Capacity Vortex Mixers have variable-speed control for vigorous vortexing or gentle orbital shaking. A gentle ramp-up to speed prevents spills from open containers and the specially-designed feet prevent “walking”. The units can accommodate a variety of containers including flasks up to 250 mL in size.

The tough metal housing combined with a zinc die-cast metal base provides a stable platform for all types of mixing. The push-button LCD displays both speed and time. Units can be used at ambient temperature, in incubators, or in cold rooms. Each mixer includes two multi-tube racks that hold any sort of tube up to 29 mm in diameter including (50 mL centrifuge tubes. EF8688A includes a US standard plug; EF8688B is provided without plug. UL- and CSA-listed, CE-marked.
