Lab Companion Heated Circulators

These Jeio Tech Lab Companion Heated Circulators are designed to control temperatures of external instrumentation or immersion applications. They have an exclusive five-stage, variable-speed pump for accurate, stable, and efficient temperature control. Stages 1 through 3 are used for internal circulation. Stages 4 and 5 are for external circulation. Powerful pressure and suction provide contrast pressure and flow rate of the entire temperature range.

Microprocessor PID control has built-in calibration for accurate temperatures. It also has an auto-tune feature to fine tune PID temperature control accuracy and response across a narrow range when it is close to the set point temperature. Digital LED displays with splash-proof keypad let technicians adjust actual and set point values. The device can heat up to 50°C in less than 30 minutes.

Baffle plate shields circulating pump, heating element, and sensor from fluctuating bath fluids protects samples and operators from direct contact. Additional safety features include: dry-running protection; automated heating element cut-off; and audible and visual warnings. An easy-to-clean seamless stainless steel tank with reservoir drain resists corrosion. The circulator includes stainless steel flat cover and 30 cm of 12 mm ID silicone rubber tubing. Order test tube and spring wire racks separately.
