OSHA Standard 29 CFR Part 1910.1030 mandates that laboratories follow certain standards when handling blood borne pathogens. GE Whatman® Benchkote® Bench Paper meets these standards for protection against such pathogens. The paper is available in two types: Benchkote® and Benchkote Plus®. Benchkote Plus® has increased absorbency when compared to standard Benchkote®.
Benchkote® is available in packages of 50 loose sheets and tear-off sheets. Benchkote Plus® is available as a pad of 50 sheets or in individual 23.6”x160ft rolls.
Paper is made from polyethylene.
