Terms:
Net 30 days with approved credit, F.O.B. Vernon Hills, IL, or Shipping Point. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and SmartPay cards are accepted. Unless otherwise requested, Daigger will select best way for shipping based on types of products ordered. Contact Daigger with special shipping instructions.
Prices and Specifications:
Prices are shown in this catalog in U.S. dollars and are current at the time of printing, FOB (shipping point). All prices, specifications, and statements of policy listed in this catalog are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to change pricing, up to the date of shipment, in the event of exceptional economic conditions or typographical errors. Products may be discontinued without notice.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to your invoice, except if you reside in one of the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, MT, ND, NH, OK, or OR.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange, refund, or credit your account within 45 days of your purchase— no restocking fees. You can always purchase from Daigger with 100% confidence.
If you would like to return merchandise within 45 days of receipt, call our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Returns requested after 45 days are subject to restocking charges or rejection. All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid. The following are not elibible for returns: Chemicals or reagents, refrigerated materials, expired products, custom items. Daigger is not responsible for damage caused by transit after shipment.
Conditions of Returns are as follows:
- All returns require a pre-approved Return Goods Authorization Number.
- All goods must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
- All goods must be in their original packaging, (with no writing or markings on the materials or cartons) and with an outer carton used for return shipping, to protect the merchandise.
- All goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
- All goods must be returned freight prepaid, unless previous authorization is given.
All returned goods are inspected before credit is issued. If we reject the goods upon inspection, in whole or in part, you will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your expense or destroyed at your request.
In the case of damage to goods, in transit to Daigger, you will be notified upon receipt and a claim will be filed on your behalf. If the claim is denied, no credit will be issued. Goods will be returned to you or destroyed, at your request.
Quotes/Custom Items:
If you require pricing for special orders or custom manufactured items not found at this website, please contact our Sales Department for assistance. Daigger has access to thousands of brand-name laboratory products too numerous to post at this website.
GSA Contracts:
Many of the products at this website are covered on existing contracts with the General Services Administration of the federal government. For additional information or to receive our GSA catalog, please contact our Sales Department at 800-621-7193.
Delivery:
We stock most of the items displayed at this website to ensure availability and prompt service to you. Most Daigger orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. To save our customers money, we ship by the most economical method available. However, we will ship your order by a faster means if you desire. Approximate delivery times are UPS Ground, 3-7 days; UPS Blue or Federal Express, 2 days; UPS Red or Federal Express Priority, next day.
