Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange, refund, or credit your account within 45 days of purchase— no restocking fees. You can always purchase from Daigger with 100% confidence.
If you would like to return merchandise within 45 days of receipt, accept the terms and conditions below by choosing "I, Accept" at the bottom of this page. Returns requested after 45 days are subject to restocking charges or rejection. All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid. The following are not eligible for returns: Chemicals or reagents, refrigerated materials, expired products, custom items. Daigger is not responsible for damage caused by transit after shipment.
Conditions of Returns are as follows:
- All returns require a pre-approved Return Goods Authorization Number.
- All goods must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
- All goods must be in their original packaging, (with no writing or markings on the materials or cartons) and with an outer carton used for return shipping, to protect the merchandise.
- All goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
- All goods must be returned freight prepaid via traceable means, unless previous authorization is given.
All returned goods are inspected before credit is issued. If we reject the goods upon inspection, in whole or in part, you will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your expense or destroyed at your request.
In the case of items received damaged-in-transit, you will be notified so that you can file a claim with the delivering carrier. If the claim is denied, no credit will be issued. Goods will be returned to you or destroyed, at your request.
