Frequently Asked Questions
Why do the web part numbers begin with the EF prefix instead
of the part numbers
in the print catalog?
EF is the prefix used on the website. The Daigger website accepts part numbers from all Daigger print catalogs in the
search functionality and the Quick Order Form. Example: EF4277 is
the same part number as TX4277 or CH4277.
How can I navigate through the Daigger website to find the products I need?
There are three ways to search for products in our online catalog:
- Scroll through the pulldown menus located at the top of every page.
- Use the search functionality located at the top left corner of every page. You can search by keyword, Daigger part number, manufacturer part number, or competitor part number.
- Use our Virtual
Catalog which mirrors our 2007 print catalog.
If I'm a tax-exempt customer, will I be charged taxes?
No. Once you register with the correct shipping and billing information
and place your order, your account number will be assigned to your online account. If you have a tax-exempt account, then taxes will not be applied
to your online orders.
Can I request a quote online?
Yes! You must be a registered shopper with Daigger.com. Simply register or log in to your account and click on the Request A Quote link found in "My Account."
Quotes will be processed and delivered via e-mail in one business day.
Is the Daigger website secure?
Absolutely! Security remains a primary concern for Daigger. To ensure our customer's
online transactions to www.daigger.com are secure, all information sent to the Daigger website is encrypted protecting against disclosure to third
parties.
Is discount pricing found on the Daigger website more expensive than the print catalogs?
In most instances, no. The EF pricing on the Daigger website reflects the pricing in our print catalog. However, there is special pricing offered in select catalogs. To receive this pricing, please enter the part numbers into our Quick Order Form using the print catalog prefix, such as CH4277.
Where can I choose my preferred shipping method?
You can choose a shipping method in the checkout. If needed, you can add your UPS number in the Shipping Comments field at the bottom of the Shipping Information section. |
