Branson Ultrasonic Cleaners
Industrial-type ultrasonic transducer generates high-frequency soundwaves that provide maximum cleaning power!
These cleaners transform low-frequency AC current into high-frequency sound waves using industrial-type metal/ceramic transducers.
These cleaners transform low-frequency AC current into high-frequency sound waves using industrial-type metal/ceramic transducers. Sound waves move through the cleaning solution to create cavitation—the formation and violent collapse of microscopic bubbles. This action scrubs every surface, thoroughly cleaning everything from heavy oils and buffing compounds to delicate electronic components.
Feature recessed 304 stainless steel tanks surrounded by a leakproof polypropylene housing, and a splash and spill-resistant sealed membrane control panel. Tank covers are polypropylene (5 1⁄2-gallon model has a stainless steel cover). CSA- and UL-listed, and meet CE standards. Cleaners with 1⁄2- and 3⁄4-gallon capacities have a pour spout; 1 1⁄2, 2 1⁄2, and 5 1⁄2 gallon cleaners have a quick-disconnect drain. 115 V—call for 230 V.
Cleaners with Mechanical Timer enable cleaning intervals up to 60 minutes.
Cleaners with Heater and Mechanical Timer have a built-in temperature sensor that prevents overheating and automatically shuts off heating and ultrasonics when temperature exceeds 70°C. Maximum heater temperature is 69°C. Set cleaning cycle up to 60 minutes.
Cleaners with Heater, Digital Timer, Temperature Monitor, and Degas Feature are ideal for critical cleaning applications. Degas feature eliminates air bubbles from the solution for more efficient cleaning. Built-in temperature sensor prevents overheating and automatically shuts off heating and ultrasonics when temperature exceeds 70°C. Adjust heater from 20° to 69°C; set cleaning cycle up to 99 minutes.
