| Scan: Operates on three different scan speeds; 250, 500, 1000nm per minute. It also operates on three different scan intervals; 0.25, 1, and 5nm per increment. It gives an instant display of the spectrum, and offers automatic axis scaling. In addition, it gives a peak and valley data display, and a direct measurement from the scan. | |
| Photometric: Offers transmission, absorbance, as well as concentration. The concentration range is -300-9999. The concentration resolution is 0.001/ 0.01/ 0.1, with a factor range of 0.000 - 9999.99. You can select the units measure readout from ppm, mg/l, M, and blank. | |
| Multiwavelength: This mode gives simultaneous display of A or %T at two wavelengths, plus A or %T difference and ratio. | |
| Kinetics: This mode is only available with the temperature controlled cell block accessory. It has a lagtime selection of 0 - 9999 seconds. The measurement time ranges from 10 - 9999 seconds. It gives a graphical display of data, and also factors the kinetics. |
