These UV/Visible spectrophotometers feature a large LCD screen display and an easy-to-use touch keypad. Scan wavelengths with a selection of Hi, Med and Low with a maximum speed of 1000nm/min. Multi-wavelength test allows for up to 10 wavelengths on a series of samples. Use up to 10 standard solutions for calibration in conjunction with three correction methods (single wavelength, iso-absorbance and 3-point).

Via the software, these units calculate basic absorbance, %T and concentration as well as kinetics (abs vs. time) with reaction rate calculations. There is also a standard DNA/Protein program for DNA purity and concentration calculation. Software upgrade may be downloaded on line.

Units comes standard with a manual 4 cell changer for 10mL square cuvettes. Spectrophotometers have RS-232C output and are compatible with Parellel, HP and Epson selectable printers (not included).
