Buffer sets contain calibrated and preweighed amounts of buffer powders at 3 pH values - 4.0, 7.0, and 10.0(±0.02). Powders are stable and will keep indefinitely. A vial of buffer preservative is included to prolong the useful life of the buffer solution.

12475 contains one vial with 10 capsules each of pH 4,7, and 10 and makes 100ml of buffer solution at a time. 12477 contains three Chemvelopes of pH 4 and 7, four Chemvelopes of pH 10 and makes 500 mL of buffer solution at a time.
