These new pipettors were specially developed by Hamilton, with a priority on minimizing user hand strain, fatigue, and discomfort. 50% actuation force combined with a short stroke dramatically reduces hand strain and motion. A sloped plunger button and separate tip ejector button maximize comfort. The curved hilt and soft, non-slip handle assure a relaxed grip and provide a light, well-balanced feel. An isolated volume adjustment ring just below the digital volume display prevents accidental volume changes. A magnified, easy-to-read precision micrometer ensures reproducible, accurate volume settings. Pipettes are color-coded for volume identification at a glance. Each pipettor is factory calibrated to NIST standards and shipped with a Certificate of Calibration. Pipettors are totally autoclavable without the need to recalibrate.
