Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS) Registry Numbers have been included when applicable as an aid to finding and locating specific chemicals. While we have done our utmost to ensure their accuracy, no responsibility is assumed in this respect.

Regulatory Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of the user to know and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and/or international regulations associated with the use and handling of chemicals.

Material Safety Data Sheets
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are shipped with all Safe-D chemicals. Additional copies are available upon request. Please contact your Daigger sales representative for more information.

Liability
The chemicals listed herein are for laboratory, educational, or manufacturing use and should only be used by or under the supervision of a qualified person. The buyer takes responsibility to determine the adequacy of the material for their intended or specific use. A. Daigger & Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including the warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. And further excludes consequential damages arising out of the use or description of the products herein.

Restricted Material-Reporting
Chemicals sold by Daigger are for research and educational purposes only. Daigger reports all sales of restricted chemicals, including drug precursors, to the appropriate local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Agency.

Storage Codes
Safe-D chemical receptacles are labeled according to industry standards with a five-color system based on hazard levels and chemical properties. Every chemical in the Safe-D offering has its part number, description and volume highlighted by the appropriate color code.

	Red Flammable – Store in a flammables cabinet or in a designated flammables area as per local building codes. Do not store with reactive or oxidizing chemicals (labeled yellow) or corrosive chemicals (labeled white).
	White Corrosive – Store in an acid cabinet or in a designated chemicals area as per local building codes. Do not store with products possessing red, blue or yellow hazard code. Most products in this category are hazardous upon contact.
	Yellow Reactive or Oxidizing – Do not store with flammables (red labeled) or with corrosives (white labeled).
	Blue Health Hazard – Store in a secure area. Contact with, or ingestion of many of these chemicals can be dangerous and/or fatal.
	Green General Storage – No specific hazard is associated with these chemicals.
