The IKA® Continuous Feed Grinding Mill allows for unlimited sample volumes in a wide variety of applications. Unit features adjustable speed control between 3000 and 6500 rpm. All contact surfaces are made of 304 SS. Motor is protected from contamination by a dust-tight seal.

A complete system is made up of the grinding drive, a grinding head and a sieve. All items must be purchased separately below.

The grinding drive is constructed of heavy-duty cast aluminum with an enamel finish. Stainless steel tray comes standard with the drive.

The cutting/grinding head is ideal for crushing and cutting fibrous materials such as paper and vegetation. It also works very well on plastics and other light weight substances.

The impact grinding head is excellent for crushing and grinding brittle and hard materials up to 6 mohs in hardness. Grinding heads are easily interchangeable.

Sieves are available in a variety of hole size diameters and are interchangeable. See table below for sizes to fit your application.
