The medium of choice for both mounting and long-term slide storage. Permount™ is a synthetic resin dissolved in toluene. Low viscosity provides both a thin, bubble-free adhesive layer for maximum optical clarity. With a refractive index comparable to proteins, Permount™ eliminates diffraction halos and other optical imperfections. Dye, cohesive, and adhesive qualities are maintained over long periods. Integral anti-oxidant prevents annular rings around sample.
