A low mass cart with sturdy colorful wheels, outfitted with a large adjsutable sail, and a novel system of shunts to get several speeds from the 4 AA batteries that are required. In addition to some vector explorations with the sail, the fan cart without a sail is a perfect candidate for studying motion with a constant force.
