This chamber has been designed for working on oxygen sensitive tasks as well as critical isolation of either the operator or the research materials. Its main advantage is it minimizes the risk of oxygen entry into the main working chamber.

It consists of a one piece clear acrylic top with a white bottom. Equipped with two vacuum pressure pumps, one each for the transfer chamber and the drying train. The catalyst heater reduces trace amounts of oxygen and maintains a temperature level of 35-37°C. The drying train removes any resultant water vapor as needed via its own vacuum pressure pump and three polycarbonate desiccant canisters.

The transfer chamber is 12" long and 11" diameter with an adjustable vacuum gauge and two key cock purge valves. The inner door opens automatically when pressures are neutralized between main chamber an transfer chamber. The work chamber contains illuminated controls and a bright fluorescent light system. Includes one pair of chemical and U.V.-resistant, ambidextrous Hypalon gloves. Order replacement gloves from accessories on pg. 295.
