GELMASTER™ Gel Dryer Vacuum Systems
Faster dual pumping action saves over time conventional diaphragm pumps!
The GELMASTER™ is actually two pumps in one package. A room temperature vapor pump condenses the hot vapors from the gel dryer and traps them from the rest of the vacuum system.
The GELMASTER™ is actually two pumps in one package. A room temperature vapor pump condenses the hot vapors from the gel dryer and traps them from the rest of the vacuum system. This reduces the overall vapor load enabling a compact, high efficiency diaphragm pump to be the primary vacuum source. This dual pumping action makes it as fast as a two stage vacuum pump with dry ice or refrigerated trap and faster than conventional stand-alone diaphragm pumps. Just connect the vacuum line to the gel dryer and power up the unit. Trapped fluids accumulate in the collector over 10 to 15 gel drying runs. When the fluid reaches the red zone, just open a valve and drain the collected fluid. Works with all gel dryers including our Labconco® Gel Dryer - EF7313A.
