MICROLAB 500 diluters and dispensers operate by positive displacement, utilizing Hamilton's superior syringe technology, to achieve highly accurate and precise fluid aspiration and dispensing. Save time and costly solvents used for sample preparation and eliminate technician-to-technician method variability. A simple touch of a hand probe actuates the precision syringe drive to fill or dispense a desired volume of fluid.

MICROLAB 500 diluters allow you to prepare standards in much smaller quantities than standard volumetric flasks, saving both time and solvent. Sample and standard dilutions can even be prepared directly in autosampler vials. Accuracy is certified within ±1.0% and precision within +0.2%.

MICROLAB 500 dispensers can perform aliquot, serial, simple or titrate dispensings. Accuracy is certified within ±1.0% and precision within +0.2%. Both single and dual syringe drives are available to either double throughput or double the volumes dispensed. Working volume range covers from 25 µL to 25 mL.

The MICROLAB 500A series diluters and dispensers offer a single program memory and a speed of 2 to 20 seconds per full syringe stroke. MICROLAB 500B and 500BP series diluters and dispensers offer a 21 program memory which allows the user to program and store up to 21 methods in the instrument which are retained after the power is disconnected. They offer speeds of 1 to 250 seconds per full syringe stroke. MICROLAB 500BP instruments incorporate a print function for GLP and GMP compliance. All units are 115VAC. All units are shipped ready for use. Unit includes a controller, handheld probe, valve, tubing kit with 12 and 18 gauge fill and dispense tubing, power cord, operating manual and syringes.
