The Brinkmann Bottletop Dispensers offer unique and useful features to make reagent dispensing as quick and easy as possible. A PTFE resin "wiping" piston seal wipes the reagent out of the cylinder with each stroke leaving no residue behind, eliminates piston swelling and freezing problems as well as crystallization of reagent, and offers better chemical compatibility. The grooved "slide-n-lock" volume adjustment provides quick, precise setting and prevents accidental changes while in use. A unique telescoping filling tube easily adjusts to fit the reagent bottle without cutting, and can be readjusted for other bottle sizes. Dispensers rotate 360° for easy access to volume adjustment, and for easy positioning of the dispenser. All models are designed for cleaning and maintenance in the lab and include calibration certificate.

In addition to all the features listed above, the ChemSaver™ Bottletop Dispenser offers a recirculating safety valve which channels reagent back into the bottle, eliminating reagent waste during priming of the unit. This valve can be closed to prevent accidental dispensing. The ChemSaver is also user calibratable for fine adjustment of the volume when working with viscous or high-density reagents.

Dispensers are available in fixed-volume or adjustable volume sizes to cover the range of 0.5 to 100 mL. Dispensers <=10 mL fit onto 33mm bottles and include 28, 38, and 45mmPP adapters. Dispensers >10 mL fit onto 45 mm bottles and include one 38-32 mm and two 38-45 mm PP adapters. Accessories include an extended discharge tube (80 cm) for serial dispensing into racks of vials or tubes, a drying tube which connects directly to the back of the dispenser to protect sensitive reagents from moisture or CO2, and extra adapters.
