Unlike amber tinted products, these polypropylene 15 and 50 mL tubes are completely opaque, protecting even the most light sensitive compounds. Eliminate the need for fitting tubes with aluminum foil to protect samples. Ideal for use with fluorescent probes or ethidium bromide. Tubes are autoclavable to 122° C and can be stored in freezers to –100° C, HDPE cap can not be autoclaved. Tubes are sterile, and DNase/RNase free.
