Simulate on a macroscopic level protein synthesis carried out by DNA, mRNA, ribosomes, tRNA and amino acids. As part of the learning process, students are assigned a unique DNA sequence and are instructed to identify the resulting amino acid sequence. Kit includes enough sets for 40 students, working in pairs, as well as a large set of manipulatives for the instructor.
